This is a reminder that your retirees have access to extra benefits and programs through the IAFF Financial Corporation (IAFF-FC) and Aetna Medicare Advantage plans that they can’t find on the individual Medicare market.

• Nurse care managers who can help retirees manage a complex condition

• A Healthy Home Visit where a nurse comes to the retiree’s home to discuss health needs
• A 24/7 Nurse Line for after-hours medical questions
